Most of these cannot pertain to console gamers.
Also, I disagree with "7. Gamers shall have the right to re-download the latest versions of the games they own at any time."
If the game had a subscription fee that stated part of that fee would be used to pay for storage and bandwidth for the transfer of the game, then sure. But, if someone buys a complete game on a media, that should be their copy.
I definitely agree with #9.
I disagree with #1: KNOW YOUR OWN COMPUTER!
#4? Security flaws, possible cheating, etc -- yeah, you've got to update.

I never really understood the Head First series
I definitely agree. My first encounter with this series was while looking for a nice C# primer at a local B&N's. I browsed through some of the Head First series and found it difficult to read/follow. I am sure these types of books are for someone, but they definitely did not give me as straightforward approach as I would have wanted.
This is what really worries me. Granted, I didn't RTFA, but does this really allow for international borders being breached?
If so, what provisions does USA have in place to guard it's citizens? Does anyone have a legal opinion on the issue?
Can the evidence gathered by the Bavarian govt allow for extradition? Is there a burden of proof from their end?
I agree 100% with this comment.
I am 19 and do not have any sense of uniformity when writing/signing. My signature and characters, when I write, are (for the most part) completely unique. I cannot (I have tried) get a signature down, at all.
The content may be free.
They could be charging for the continued storage and bandwidth needed to capacitate the service.
In that way, the service could be self-supporting (as in not requiring more funding from outside sources to run).
Or at least, that's what I hope (seeing as no pricing information was given).

That's my birthday.

Maybe the wife was being too open-source with the milk man...
