So now Google is going to get into the leeching information scene and not allowing visitors visit the actual website where the information/data came from and creating page hit traffic for that informational website. Just great. When did stealing become legal?
Okay, I glanced at the article but I get the feeling from the/. post that people are expecting a certain timeline from open-source projects and I just want to say, "What are you thinking?!?!?" Projects take a life of their own when open-sourced and you cannot expect to see the same turn-around time like, um, M$ does every two years. Sheesh.

In all seriousness, viewing a website without their ads displaying IS just like stealing from them. Granted many websites are changing how they make money, it is still too often that websites still make money from banner ads so you shouldn't be so comical that you are stealing from these people.
