Yea, but given the physics behind the sterling engine it's feasible that this thing (assuming it's in this ballpark) could operate off of a resonant principle, which would make Bose a prime company to approach. do you have source on the Bose reference? how do you know this?
i love this triteness of the notion of "is it worth it?". can we all be serious here? as in, "is there anything worth really learning out there? mayber we shoudl all stay inside and assume the earth is the center of the universe. must be the case - i haven't got any evidence about it and there's no need to go investige some little thing in the sky that i can only see with machinery. that damn machinery is probably the work of the devil anyway."
yea, your right..... and why do peopel think they need more than 640k of RAM? We should never have switched from telegraph, actually. I mean, i can't see a worldwide market for more than 5 computers anyway.

perhaps mp3board is filing suit in hopes of a court finding AOL/TWX at fault for hte same thing they're suing others for. if AOL/TWX would be found guilty of the same thing they're prosecuting for it'd be pretty hard for their suit ot hold water; and, in a pipe dream, might drop the whole case at large.
kinda like my office. i really have to be thankful that my employers worked with me on the lighting in my office. i've left a company or two in large part because of the conditions of work (flourescent lights, bad chairs, bad monitors, etc)
my current setup is pretty rigged:
i'm not bringing all this up to show off my setup here, but moreover so that people can see what a reasonable healty office stocks.
we also use 4200k (i think) flourescents for general hallways/etc.
much of this equipment is a little pricey - i had to split some of it with my employers. but unless you're employers outright don't care about your health then they shoudl at least be amenable to you bringing in your own equipment. you'll pay extra for the quality, but when you're in you're office you'll know where that money went.
if you don't want his article gettign hits then jsut don't go to the page - we all know the jist of what's on it. look for it on some other place or just say fuk it, you know it's dumb
