    Cases I've read seem to indicate the government as usurped all but around 500ft above my home. You are proposing to allow them to usurp even more?

    From heaven to hell is a doctrine held for thousands of years. In the US public airspace is defined as navigable airspace above 500ft. Again I ask, why are so many here eager to cede property rights?

    As for #4 it would be difficult to ascertain a persons IQ before depriving them of their rights, but the rest are very reasonable.

    I don't get the resistance over protecting personal property rights here. We are talking about the government giving rights to others to violate people here.

    Why? Because it is my person and my property, that is why. In addition all drone operators should be required to carry at least $1million in liability insurance at minimum to cover such incidents as crashing into stadiums and interfering with fire control.

    If there is one thing an intelligent being understands it is how to successfully survive in the culture in which it lives. With newspapers, television, and radio being ubiquitous there is no way any person in the US today can not know what the cultural norms are.

    Different subject, but still it is understandable that governments that provide more services to citizens require more resources to do so. I'm a social libertarian, not a conservative libertarian, and more in favor of rewarding those adept at acquiring wealth a trophy rather than let them horde their wealth to the detriment of their fellow men. We, both poor and rich, are all in this together after all.

    At least the EU gives lip service to protecting its citizens private information. Here in the good old USA the government makes no secret that it wants to become increasingly more both invasive and pervasive.

    By there very nature ads are designed to divert your attention. They had more to my decision to "cut the cord" than anything else. For fuck sakes, I'd be watching an episode of "Stargate" and have popups at the bottom of the screen about upcoming "wrestling matches" appear on my TV. Like WTF!!!

    I certainly have memories from age 4, which include tonsillectomy, mother holding my newborn brother, foot cut on glass, and just a week after I turned five both parents crying while watching JFK's funeral among quite a few others. Memories of memories perhaps, but memories nonetheless.
