Where will the money for this lottery come from? Will they charge you to vote, or will they have just another tax? I agree people should be encourage to vote, but if the only reason they are voting is for money, do you really think they are going to vote with much thought. I can think of the ad campaigns now "We brought you the chance to win money by voting, vote for use remember just pull the foo party switch, and enjoy your winnings" the first party that does that is sure to win, if they can convince the people voting for only the chance of winning that their chances of winning are greater if they vote for party foo.

I had to nearly force the police officer to take the report, he said and I quote "Why are you upset you were making a political message and they were just making theirs" (how do we know that the 2001 spray painting was political motivated, well since it was only over the bumper stickers it is a very good assumption) so to this day when my car is vandalized I don't bother to call the police here, they don't care.

Question what about one for speed, I am using x2vnc from my linux box, I have to the left the windows box and the the right the OSX box. When I go to the windows box it works just as fast as if I was using the mouns on the windows box, but when I go to the mac box it goes very slowly. How can I speed up vnc on OS X?

It selectivly breaks activeX to prevent spyware. I use it on my only windows box. Failling that, I have linux on 2 systems and Mac OS X on the other two. And on my work box which is dual boot I have spywareblaster on the windows part.
The other good news is, if I need to I can always by more bandwidth from my hosting company ehostpros They have got good prices. (hay for $6 more a month I can get an extra 500Mb of space and 10Gb of bandwidth)
I know but when I originaly made the post they had only used a few MB, and that was at about 8:45am (an hour and 15 after the original post) it took some time before the people started to go (a long time) I guess I have proof that/. people don't read the articals, if it takes over an hour and a half for the traffic to come flying in.

For the miscarriage, I have heard of miscarriages have just as a major devastating impact on people( are these people just being irrasional?), there have been marriages that broken up because of it(first I would say we should try to prevent such a tragedy of a devoice over the lost of a child) But so you are say if some one is completely dependent on some one else to the point where separation would be death for them they are not worth the same as some one that is not 100% depended on 1 and only one person?

Also it is illegal to download music and movies, and they are trying to stop it, but there are more down-loaders then ever before, should we just junk all of those laws too???
