For what I bet you are paying to live in that dorm, the networks capacity should be able to handle both purposes. You shouldn't have to choose one or the other.
I agree that the iPhone might not be classified as a succcesful launch now. Make or break: will all of these problems be resolved come holiday season 2007?
I have had some experience with LoJack for Laptops. My friend had Dell install this tracing software right when he purchased his computer. My friend waited in line at Gamestop starting at 9pm, played his PSP for 3 hours, went home, took adderall and drank halo 3 edition Mountain Dew to stay up, played all night until 7am, didn't go to class and beat the game the next day. He has had a countdown for the release of this game for over 6 months.
Although I'm not nearly as obsessed with Halo 3 as him, I probably would have bought it by now if my 360 wasn't currently in Microsofts hands fixing my red ring of death.......:(
