As long as Spotify is paying the licensed amount, Universal has no say in it.. until the next contract negotiations.
(I generally don't use ANY of these streaming services, btw.. because of the ads and limited amount of skips.. in THEORY I'd love to find a lot of new similar music to what I have, but I seem to usually already own the various things it thinks are similar to the bands I choose.)
Yeah, such legislation would almost definitely be unconstitutional; but some sort of legalist slurry, similar to the one that made 'obscenity' mysterious-but-constitutionally-unprotected, would almost certainly have been emitted and might well have worked.
As long as it didn't actually ban anything, why would a labelling law be unconstitutional?
Also, it only covers 'indecency', not 'obscenity', which you used, but most people don't realize that the FCC's power to restrict content on OTA stations (basic cable & satellite are _voluntarily_ following approximately the same standards) between 6AM to 10PM. Late nights, your stations _could_ be airing indecent stuff if they wanted to.
This thread is about such a "made it off" release, plus a previous version has been on iOS for quite a while. I've been using it for a year or two on iOS.. (I use it to watch documentaries and news shows faster than realtime, just like how I listen to podcasts.)
Irradiation would be good for many things (I did see the reply saying it isn't 100% in this case).
People are too afraid of "radiation" though.. (Yet use a microwave oven every day.. which I think is unjustly not at pretty much the top of modern conveniences.)
I get so sick and tired of seeing people use some sort of a card or device to pay for small purchases. It's never as quick as cash is.
Ridiculous. It's way quicker to pull the card out, swipe it, and put the card back in... than it is to pull cash out, figure out the right amount of bills, wait for change, get change (INCLUDING ANNOYING COINS), put bills back in wallet, put change in pocket..
It's faster AND cheaper (due to cash back) to use my credit card. Yes, prices are theoretically higher overall, but at each individual purchase, it's the same price.. and as I said, more convenient to use a card.. Will be EVEN more convenient when my preferred card (which has the best cash back for restaurants) supports Apple Pay.

I *think* I have all of the "spam FB" stuff turned off. The only times I have them post to FB is the direct "get me access to more levels" stuff, and I specifically pick the people who have sent the same kind of thing to me....though I don't see how this relates directly to spending money.. Plenty of things _want_ to spam to FB. Heck, one grocery store has a "share & save" program to get some very good deals (sometimes free items, very often 50% off)... and whenever I do it, I always change it to share to "only me" every single time, so I'm not spamming FB.. but I still get the deal.
I applaud someone trying to do that. I correct grammatical mistakes on Wikipedia too, and point out others' misuse on other pages (e.g. of "begs the question" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B...).
OK, maybe this is obvious since it contained the word "Online" in the name, but this was a subsidiary of Sony Computer Entertainment.
I was worried I'd no longer get "free" Sony games (reimbursed on my Sony credit card, at higher rates than I get from other credit cards, for certain areas).

What is this referring to?
Is it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z... ??
If so, can you give a real world example of this being used in a game?
Ooh, which ones are the God of War clones?
The computer you're posting from isn't something that anyone _needs_.
You need water, air, food, and shelter.
Absolutely not.
In theory, I want people to want to vote.
But hey, if you're too lazy/stupid to vote, better for me, since my vote then "matters more".
(BTW, I purposely don't vote on a lot of things, from propositions I don't know enough about or care either way, or most local political votes.)
Why should news organizations not have to pay the fee anyway?
(BTW, the FOIA is available for _everyone_, not just news agencies..)
"Apple Keyboard". The ADB keyboard that originally shipped with the SE.. through an ADBUSB converter.. (I'm typing this on a Retina iMac.)
I'm also using a Kensington TurboMouse through the same adapter.
They said *competitor*.
..and maybe their lungs, eyes, and kidneys to *current* generations?
Never tell me the odds.
So they're going to ring around the country twice?
(JUST KIDDING -- , vs . attempt at joke)
Interesting, yours is the first time I've seen someone say specifically that the absolute same image appeared differently.
Even on TV coverage, I've seen them show "white and gold" and "black and blue" next to each other or right after each other..
Never really made it off the desktop?

You using soap is "a patch on your unsanitary practices", by that argument.
I guess everybody thought of Pinky & the Brain first..

Who's mocking someone's beliefs?
Remember, it's "principal", because he's your pal!

Umm, I play Words with Friends & Candy Crush daily, and have never spent a cent in them.
