When Israel are whining over firework from Gaza landing in Sderot, pretending they are V2s
So is it ok if I shoot at you with little bullets? Little bullets! Not like they are cannonballs or anything.
You mean a softgun? No, but I would expect you to if I barricaded myself in your garden, and defended myself with figher jets and heavy artillery, bombed your children and harrassed your family every day.
Israel was proclaimed an idependent state by Israel May 14th 1948.
The United States was proclaimed an independent state by the United States on July 4, 1776. Does that mean we don't exist, either?
Huh? I did not claim Israel don't exist. I corrected a statement by someone claiming that facts aren't fun, and problably got to bored to check his own. I checked mine in Wikipedia, so they must be true!:-)
If you're talking about the occupied territories, Israel never annexed those, and doesn't claim that they are part of Israel. According to Israel, they are officially "disputed territories".
Israel dont' have official borders. Exactly what Israel call disputed is unclear, but they have built a gigantic "Berlin Wall" to shut Palestinians out of a lot of what the rest of the world call occupied Palestinian territories.
I guess Israel believe they are not breaking the Geneva conventions by moving their pupulation into occuppied territories if they call them "disputed", or what? When Israel are whining over firework from Gaza landing in Sderot, pretending they are V2s, they never mention that Sderot is occupied palestinian territory outside the recogniced borders of Israel. Or "disputed" territory. Perhaps Israel think the "dispute" is solved just because they have settled people there for a long time.
Nope. Israel was proclaimed an idependent state by Israel May 14th 1948. Most of what Israel calls Israel is occupied territory.
Some Israeli claim the country was given to them by God, which implies they believe in The UN as their god. But God (the UN) only gave them a part of Palestine. The rest is self declared and not recognized as Israel by the rest of the world. In fact Israel have no official map of where their borders are. IMHO Israel should get their behinds out of the parts God (the UN) promised the Palestinians ASAP, and I believe such a move would make the area a lot more peaceful.
Evidence!? What evidence? Photos, a hand drawn map and stickers making it possible to write in arabic? The latter is evicence for normal use of the laptop. Certainly not bomb markings. WTF?
As this old article shows, thermal radiation can easily explain all of the Pioneer anomaly.
Trying to show this by making a thermal model of the spacecraft is an interesting approach, but how well will they be able to model how the harsh environment of space, with all kinds of rays and particles from the sun and elsewhere are continuously bombarding the spacecraft form all directions? Just a small discoloring or formation of chemical substances on the surface will greatly influence how the heat is dissipated, and anyone who have seen a spacecraft which has been out there for a few weeks know that will happen.
It is impossible to prove. In fact it can easily be proven that it is impossible to prove. If you are looking for "evidence", I suggest you read the Bible or Koran or something you believe in. The best we can show you is, and will always be, very good indications of a relationship.
The greenhouse effect is a well studied effect. The earth would have been icy cold without it. CO2 is one of many gases which contribute to the greenhouse effect, and our climate depends on it. No one disputes this fact. Some people and a few scientists still discuss if more CO2 makes the greenhouse effect stronger, or if the current amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is enough to trap all the heat radiation in the bands CO2 absorb. This is a valid argument. We know for a fact that the earth is getting warmer, and that the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere increases, but it is not possible to scientifically prove there is a relationship either way. It's completely not possible and will never be possible. Just like it it impossible to accurately predict the weather in two days. The best we could to is an educated guess, and to refine our predictions based on all the possible variables.
What do we do about it in the meantime? One possibility is to continue increasing CO2 emissions and see what happens. This may lead to a climate disaster and make most of the earth uninhabitable, but at least we would have a better indication of that 90% of the climate scientists were right. Another possibility is to be more careful and reduce the CO2 emissions until we understand the causes of climate change better.
It is usually better to act carefully to avoid accidents before they happen, than to react quickly after the accident has happened. I am among those few who don't think CO2 is causing the climate change, but I would not bet my planet on it. Would you fly an aircraft over the Atlantic if you think there is enough fuel to get you over the sea, or would you take five minutes to check the tanks and do the fuel calculations before you take off?
Perigee 268 km and apogee 278 km at January 30. Still falling, but no threat yet. Unfortunately it never pass as far north as I live, so I'll not be the first to get a falling satellite in my head this time either.:-(
It has indeed fallen a lot! www.n2yo.com lists it's initial orbit at perigee 408 km and apogee 421 km. According to Heavens Above it was 275 km and 279 km at January 22.
Probably by The USA, but The USA have no problem telling everyone where all the Russian spy satellites are. I'm sure not everyone care to keep the orbit of US spy satellites a secret either. Perhaps the information is blocked from your country?
What is the problem? Hydro power is already cheaper than coal. It is renewable. It can be produced at any time of day. It is relatively easy to store with no loss over time. You can even use solar power during the day to pump water to a higher dam and produce power during the night. Much more efficient than storing power in a battery. Entire countries are powered by hydro power alone, and there is pleny more availiable.
Hydro power share one problem with solar. It is not easily availiable everywhere at all times of the year, and electrical power is not as easy to transport in over long distances as many believe.
And you could expect me to "bomb your children" back if you made it a habit of targeting and bombing buses full of school-children.
Get off your fucking high-horse, neither group is innocent.
Neither group is inncent, but if you count dead schoolchildren it becomes very clear who the bad guys are.

Israeli and palestinians on the borders to the West bank and Gaza are firing home made rockets at each other all the time, and this laser is incapable of shooting them down. I guess the palestinians have discovered a simple way to outsmart it. The plutonium source in Pioneer emits 2000W of heat. If only 64W of that heat is radiated asymmetrically away from Pioneer, that will explain the whole anomaly. This is perfectly understandable, and it is even very likely that the heat dissipates a little bit unevenly from Pioneer. You don't need to change the theory of gravity to explain this. Where can I track the orbit of this satellite? http://science.nasa.gov/Realtime/jtrack/3d/JTrack3D.html don't list it. http://www.n2yo.com/ lists it, but can't track it.
