    I don't know how factual it is, but I heard about some robo calls being made late at night or early morning with the intention of irritating the recipient. For instance a call at 2:00 AM saying vote for the Demican paid for by the Republicrat.

    Could these types of models be applied to government or corporate hierarchies? I've often heard about the efficiencies of scale, but my experience with large organizations is that they have too much overhead and inertia. I wonder if mathematicians could could come up with a most efficient organization size and structure.

    It's in the terms of sale from the article that Itunes has a no refund policy. It's also true for Barnes and Noble. I've been reluctant to purchase any apps and now that seems wise whereas before I was just being cheap.
