    Psychological profiling never works. I can tell you as a person that resents a big portion of society with fiery passion, i can appear "normal" and tell the interviewer all the "right" answers. But i guess they want to catch people who aren't playing the metagame and are just plain nuts.

    If you want to be extra evil you wire in a kill switch, if you open the box without sending a message to the correct box first it fries the entire thing.
    You could possibly make it so it shocks whoever is tampering with it too.

    It should be possible to triangulate where a phone is with a stolen simcard. If several cells don't overlap the phone at least you know the neighborhood.
    Stealing sim cards is a no-brainer.

    Oh my what high octane heresy it is. Without a bit of fantasy in one's head you get the people who want to censor words so as to avoid having to talk to their kids about uncomfortable subjects.

    I agree about modern science needing more "school time' though.

    Maybe we can have a special copyright boilerplate where after a certain time everyone can profit from reprinting the work and dicing and slicing it with their own unique content. But they can't censor it without admitting in bold letters on the front cover that they did. And maybe force them to provide a link or reference where people can find the original.

    Which is why browsers should(some do already) implement sensible restriction policies on per zone and site level. Like preventing local pages from accessing the internet unless you specifically allow them.
    Further all the hard to remove cookie shenanigans could be fixed, but wait Flash? That's ADOBE's fault again! DOH.
    HTML5 offline storage should be cleared from the same privacy clearing settings that cookies are cleared from etc.. etc..

    HTML manuals print PERFECTLY. Fonts shouldn't be a concern for manuals. If you are using funky fonts in your help files you are doing it wrong. If you need special notation you can use utf or latex.

    It's a bad idea anyway. If you wanted to go that route you can use chm(Microsoft's proprietary compiled html help manuals)
    You really shouldn't. Better to keep images in separate files. Noting stops you from having a simple web1.0 style webpage with hyperlinks to different parts of the same web page, or you can even break it into separate different files. You just need to link to it from the start menu or something. Name the main file help.html

    Stereo headphones 3d spatial virtualisation is even greater. It helps a lot in stuff like Quake, Cs, Tf2.
    Some games support it without fancy hardware, some don't but you can still use it with the proper drivers.
    Hell even WoW has it if you fiddle with the audio settings.

    That's the beauty of Roms. You don't need everyone to dump everything themselves. You only need one person to dump stuff for you. Then you can use Mess(for generic platform emulation)

    Depends on your style of play and the fighting games you play. For a fighting game I'd say an arcade stick with buttons is better. But some games like GGX and even Street Fighter can be played very successfully on a keyboard.
