    There will still be lower level jobs. Take for example the 'Computer Operator' job. It's been dressed up a little by renaming it 'System Administrator' but the tape-mounting-monkey job I had back in 1982 still exists.

    Somebody needs to program all that 'Artificial Intelligence' after all.

    No, it won't 'program itself.' That's the management briefing that allowed us to spend $$ on new equipment.

    Viewscreen cameras. It's too expensive to have people out walking around to maintain order. A staff of security personnel at a multiplex display of viewscreen cameras will be sufficient.

    Well the knives where encrypted!

    The knives were actually ceramic, with wrapped leather handles. So they were kinda encrypted in a way, because they wouldn't be detected by metal detectors.

    The other interesting news I read last night was that the Islamic Terrorists planned to rent a 7.5 ton box truck to plow through the civilians, but the rental wouldn't go through because of credit issues, so they had to rent a little light van.

  13. The fix is for us to all start giving a rating like 'I would have given the App five stars, but it kept spamming me to rate it, so it gets one star.'

    If 10% of us did this, App developers would be *afraid* to pop up their spam prompt.
