Can I see the prediction you made in the 30s when the electric and phone companies refused to provide service to rural america unless they got huge subsidies to build out the infrastructure?
The same type of subsidies given to the broadband companies in the 90s but never used for the stated purpose.
As long as the gun rights advocates admit that the price of the easy availability of guns is the 28 deaths a day, the problem is most gun nuts try to deny that the deaths are due to the easy availability of guns.
Don't try to argue use with the statistics and claim we are safer with the easy availability of guns. Admit you believe that the increase in gun violence is the price we pay for feeling we need the guns to be safe from tyranny.
Well since the summary states that the compromise that the court finds acceptable is to remove the battery from the badge these are powered RFID tags. That makes it very easy to install a passive reader in any doorway to determine when the tag passes through.
Quite a few and as of two years ago the.mil CA was not available by default on most browsers. Maybe different today but the.mil chain was not that common.
True story, that big old gas tanker assumed I was running the yellow and he was going to run the red. I looked up into my mirror and decided to run the red and move out of the way. The girl in the passenger seat screamed at me about the light until the truck flashed by. Downhill intersection but that truck was never ging to stop.
This points out the problem, outsourcing the cameras. The private company has a profit motive pure and simple while there is at least a chance the city is concerned with safety. Maybe a small chance bet a chance.
The private sector has no business enforcing the law.
And just as many security disadvantages. Yes you get the immediate savings of lights out management but no bean counter ever takes into the long-term and hard to quantify costs of all the additional security necessary to protect your convenience.
Yep, since the bran counters have gotten so obsessed with saving money by reducing head count we have to have lights out facilities and remote managenent. Hook everything up to the internet, security be damned and who gives a shit about employmentor security we saved $700,000 this year.
Don't forget that if each kid is required to carry their RFID card whenever they are in school they will also carry that card the vast majority of the time. Now I own a store and want to know when a certain student enters my store what prevents me from installing RFID readers in my store and reading the cards and developing a database from there.
For example: when ever card number NNNNN is in the store I have more shoplifting so I ban the student carrying that card from my store with no proof they stole anything.
I know some individuals of the "starve the beast" mindset that think the county should pave and plow the road they live on but they object when the county paves and plows the roads in the local trailer park.
Not related to taxes but an example of how a corporation may artificially shift costs to enable the appearance of a loss in a certain instance:
The Ricks family which owns both the Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field but as separate corporations charges the Cubs approximately three times what any other stadium charges the tenant baseball team. The Cubs then show a loss despite record attendance and the Ricks family/MLB get to claim to the players union that they are losing money.
The Tribune company used to do the same thing by having WGN pay the lowest rights fees for any major market to broadcast the Cubs, making it look like the Cubs lose money.
Bain Capital did the same thing by taking over a company, paying outrageous fees to Bain, then using the fees paid to Bain to justify bankruptcy and defaulting on millions of dollars worth of loans.
Bottom line: There exists hundreds of ways to shift costs legally that are definitely not moral and allow the corporation to tell whatever story is necessary to avoid taxes or show losses in a particular jurisdiction.
Yep, beat the shit out of the school bully at age 12, got a rep and never had to lift a finger again. He always made sure anyone new to town knew how tough I was, I think it made hom feel better to believe he got beat by a bad ass.
Actually younger kids don't care about people being different. As they get older they start to notice. My high functioning Autistic son IQ over 140, had no problem until 3rd grade and we moved to a new school. All of a sudden the kids noticed he was different and life became a nightmare for him.
It's not private versus public, it's the size of the school. Less bullying in a small school because of the cross-fertilization of clicks. No one is a stranger making harder to pick on someone. But don't be the new kid because you can't hide in a small school.
Public school, 25 in grad class, K-12 with 21 of them.
If you stop paying $500 a month for shitty health insurance and we all pay $250 a month in healthcare tax(kind of like Social security) we all win. Eliminate the insurance company profit from the healthcare system would be the start we need.
Since most of Obamacare hasn't started yet please kindly explain what part of Obamacare caused the local hospital to close.
Oh right, the small local hospitals have been failing for years and now it is convient fof you to blame the new system beforegiving it a chance to suceed. If youwere objective you would look at the real numbers for the Canadian and Scandanavian systems before having right-wing spasms about socialized medecine.
If anything Obamacare will fail because it doesn't go far enough. The free market has given us exprnsive healthcare with poor outcomes compared to Canada, Australia and Sweeden. Time to try something else.
The quality of the student does not determine the quality of the education provided. The results may be lower but quality the actual education provided does not necessarily decline.
I believe that a quality education is even more important for the "lower quality student" than the "higher quality student". BTW what is your criteria for determining a lower or higher quality student?
Can I see the prediction you made in the 30s when the electric and phone companies refused to provide service to rural america unless they got huge subsidies to build out the infrastructure?

Now we can have a rational discussion.
Well since the summary states that the compromise that the court finds acceptable is to remove the battery from the badge these are powered RFID tags. That makes it very easy to install a passive reader in any doorway to determine when the tag passes through.
1.03 this morning but I will assume you rounded to the nearest .05 as you Don't have Pennies.
Quite a few and as of two years ago the .mil CA was not available by default on most browsers. Maybe different today but the .mil chain was not that common.
Pen, Paper, Problem solved.
Now let me bring my gun so that bastard on his cell phone for four hours in the seat next to me won't do it again.
We will sill have coastlines, it's just that the east and west coast will be a bit closer together.
True story, that big old gas tanker assumed I was running the yellow and he was going to run the red. I looked up into my mirror and decided to run the red and move out of the way. Sure give me a ticket.

We could go on from there.
And you and I disagree on the minimum_necessary.
I know some individuals of the "starve the beast" mindset that think the county should pave and plow the road they live on but they object when the county paves and plows the roads in the local trailer park.
Yep, Mcafee choose to live in Belize, nice not to have to pay any taxes, but now he is suffering the consequences of that decision.
The Sig line: Taxes, the price of civilization. Just about says it all.
An Example for you:
Not related to taxes but an example of how a corporation may artificially shift costs to enable the appearance of a loss in a certain instance:

I think I got lucky but it worked.
Actually younger kids don't care about people being different. As they get older they start to notice. My high functioning Autistic son IQ over 140, had no problem until 3rd grade and we moved to a new school. All of a sudden the kids noticed he was different and life became a nightmare for him.

Why is showing your intelligence considered flaunting but excelling on the athletic field considered the, thing to do and celebrated?

Seems to work with the myth of death panels.
They didn't. RTFM before asking stupid question and modded insightful even. Mod points aredefinitely given out too freely.
Do you seriously believe Gore would have invaded Iraq after 9/11?
A clear cut case where it made a difference who was elected.
