Maybe you should suggest some changes to the development practices, bringing in disciplines such as software design, architecture and perhaps even documentation.
It seems like your body is so well into programming that he doesn't need all that sh"#t, which is cool :)
Except for you poor mediocre developers that has to deal with it later on.
Be honest and tell your boss and colleagues that you sometimes are having a hard time reading other peoples code and that a few extra consonants here and there would help you become more productive.
You don't need to mention any names. Perhaps everybody already knows what you are talking about, if it is a real issue, not just you.
That way nobody will feel that you are stepping on their toes.

I believe that it was caused by hydralic malfunction due to improper assembling after a maintenance job.
The single stage concept is still very promising and hopefully teams like Armadilloaerospace and Masten Space Systems will crack it soon.
A refuelable low maintenance spacecraft would spark new life into a stagnant or maybe one should say regressing space development.
Once the commercial space race gets started, headed by spaceX, things will change dramatically.

It would be sick enough to grow a human being without parents.
But wouldn't it be sick to send a clone factory across the galaxy just to spread the human race?
I mean you would have to send many ships just to make sure some would survive.
The poor clones might end up at a planet with a gravitational pull higher than on earth, but slightly lower than what would kill them.
Just so that they would gradually evolve or degrade, depending on how you look at it, into slime. Lets hope that that never happens.
