Damn right. I happen to have one in Cherry Red with gold hardware. The fact that Guitar Hero had it too is one of the only reasons I played the game as long as I did. Anything difficult in GH and I would think to myself, "Why am I spending time improving Crossroads on Expert when I've been able to genuinely play it for years?" It's time better spent (for me) on my real technique. When they made fun of people who play real guitar and put down GH on South Park, I felt a bit sheepish as it hit so close to ome.
Guitar Hero has been out for years, what were they just waiting to see if there was some money to be made from a suit?
The game is crammed full of Gibson everything, I mean the guitar store looks more like a Gibson Factory Store than a Guitar Center. I mean who knew what a Firebird VII even was before Guitar Hero? There can't be that many Johnny Winter fans out there.
Sorry, I know these are common sense arguments, so they probably have no place in a patent discussion.
He won't be alone they are sending along some ducks for company. For god's sake I hope one of them is that Aflac duck - Either that or the guy is Gilbert Gottfried and they disable any proposed escape mechanisms.
It's said that 50% of drivers break urban speed limits. 20% to 65% of employees admit to various degrees of theft at work. Sounds like it's time to change those laws too? Note that neither of those tend to result in $millions when the person gets caught, and that both of them can result in direct harm to others, physically or financially. If a speeding ticket (not even reckless driving) cost you 7+ figures, or a multimillion dollar fine was assessed for every metal clicky pen stolen, people would be all over those laws as well. That's why MOST people are using the language of "changing" the laws rather than "abolishing" them.
Yes there are a few that use the terms "imaginary property" and the like, but I think most people simply recognize that the current situation only stays in place because a few people with very deep pockets would like their ideal distribution method to work forever.
Wait, what's wrong with.Net? (As an honest question, not a jab/personal attack/flamebait)
I mean I'm all for keeping fluff and bloat off my system, but I feel like a lot of things use the framework, and it comes from the same company that produces the OS.

Wow, and isn't that the problem with freedoms? You have to let other people have theirs, too.
Actually, hybrid graphics merely supplement a traditional graphics engine with an electrical counterpart.

You ask too much! I'll be more than happy with the avatar just airbending for me.
Upgrayedd? Sounds like a pimp's name, or at least that of an artist's boyfriend.
