vultures prying into people's pain, thats what they are. govs involvement into this is just another proof of the kind of person our politicians are. specially when the economy is thigh. sure a few grand aren't such a waste when talking about govs money and the pound was never so low, but the insult is just the same as if were a few millions or a few bucks. my 2 cents

tinfoil(){ they made the gravity probe to look for proof to some theories, the probe returned data, it did not fit with what they wanted, so the probe is wrong, broken and what not... you are doing it wrong folks } now if they can prove that using superconductors you can actually control gravity, that could be some advance in the 'nice' direction, and by control i'm not talking of going out of the earth or flying top speed nose down on one of those planes

  6. Spain on VoIP Legal Status Worldwide? · · Score: 1

Legal, but the first bussiness did open a few years ago; telefonica wich was state run until recently and had ownership of all physical hardware and cabling all around the country did however boicot the capability of that bussisness to cope with demand, continuos DoS and numerous hardware misshandling from telefonica's forced the bussines to close, all of that happened under the table, legal afaik, but ethically cuestionable. Now there seems to be some VoIP operators, and that kind of behaviour had already been noticed by much more people as new ISPs had to rent infrastructure from telefonica and had somewhat a similar problem, looks like telefonica keeps now a low profile, the first VoIP operator didnt have that luck.

  8. I don't think so on Is There a Cyberwar, and Is the US Losing It? · · Score: 0

Nope, there is not such a thing, once a 'real life' conflict has been started, then servers start to fall down, lines get cut, and 'cybercaos' ensues on the weak part, just PR though, no military force will use internet to coordinate vital movements, none with a brain, wich is something lacking in the head of those that start the conflic i know, but anyway, this IS 'HYPE', it's a way of using some unverifiable 'aggression' excuse to wage political agendas here and there, someone in the US is even dumber that GB and his dumber cohort.
