    We were told that 47,000,000 people were uninsured. We passed a law forcing people to get insurance. We were were told 8 million signed up, after 6 million lost their insurance to start with. What about the other 45,000,000 people?

    The "poor" who cannot afford $90 for an office visit, were eligible for medicaid long before the ACA went into effect. I on the other hand, had good individual insurance, it was canceled, apllied for the exchange and was forced into medicaid. Fuck you, for defending this shitty albatross of a law.

    That's interesting. My birth certificate looks like a piece of paper in a safe deposit box. The one on whitehouse.gov looks like pixels on a screen.

    I'm not going to watch your 17 minute propaganda piece. The fact remains, scientists should not be trying to hide anything, whether it's original data used in modeled projections, emails involved in a libel case, or a decline in the size of tree rings in northern latitudes which would coincide with cooler temperatures in the same zones.

    Cooch isn't on a fishing expedition. Mann is suing Mark Steyn for libel. Mark Steyn needs access to the information necessary to defend himself. When you sue someone you open yourself to discovery, and while this isn't specifically the discovery phase, the information should be open for review. If the research is strong, let it stand on it's own merits.

    This is all reasonable. It also makes Mann's libel suit moot if the information is not available under normal discovery rules as well.

    Some of his email accounts are publicly funded. Those email accounts should be available to the public. He should keep his private communications on private accounts.

    Your AR15 cannot shoot 3" groups at 2000 yards. I know what I am talking about. Where in the article you posted does it say how to shoot 3" groups at 2000 yards with an AR15? I actually am a precision firearms expert, and a competitive shooter. I want you to show me anyone in the history of the world that has ever shot a 3" group, with a .223, out of an AR15 at 2000 yards.

    I own two AR15 rifles, one set up for very long distance match shooting, I can get a 3" grouping at 2000 yards with my rifle.

    No you can't. I am very familiar with benchrest shooting, and even they aren't capable of that. If you could even get a 30" group at more than a mile, I'd be very, very surprised.
