    When jobs are added AND the unemployment rate rises, it means people are entering the workforce. In other words, people who had given up and previously weren't counted, are now looking for work.

    Every time an illegitimate vote is cast, it cancels a legitimate vote. If you are concerned about disenfranchisement (you're not) you would be completely for an investigation.

    Lets say 1% of those 2.76 million people voted twice. That's 27,600 Illegal votes. Is that too many for you? Considering a large portion of those 2.76 million people are registered in Florida as one of the states, that would easily have been enough to tip the 2000 national election one way or the other. Wake Up.

    Of course it does. But if you read the ACTUAL REQUESTS you will see they are only requesting publicly available data allowed by laws of each state. TFA is lying to you and you can't even admit it.

    It's not a ban. To call it such is a lie. You are correct that the SC has not ruled on the merits. But they though the governments argument had enough merit that it warranted lifting most of the injunction.

    You are destroying your own argument by comparing this ruling to the travel moratorium ruling. The SC has not ruled on the merits of the case. My guess is that the moratorium will be decided as entirely legal. It's not a good idea to side with activist courts just because they agree with you.

    Your confusion is warranted. It's a bullshit political ruling meant to RESIST!, and it will get overruled on appeal after about 6 months, when a new bullshit ruling will be issued by a lower court that will have to wind it's way through the courts as well. Political kangaroo courts are not conducive to democracy. Unfortunately the left is not really about democracy any more.
