    Based on point number one, you're basically saying that top secret information can be disseminated to anyone and everyone until some bureaucrat marks it classified. Do you really believe that? There's some people who are sitting in prison right now that would certainly disagree with you.

    By that definition no document is classified when it is created. That's bullshit. Classified information is classified information. And Secretaries of State with high levels of security clearance are trained on the handling of classified information. It is her job to classify documents as they are created.

    Our labor force participation rate is under 63%. Our non participation rate is therefor approaching 40%.

    Perhaps you have never looked to see how the unemployment rate commonly cited is calculated? Those 100million (actually 94m) who have left the workforce are excluded from the pool when the unemployment rate is calculated. So yeas, if you were to include them we'd have something approaching a 40% unemployment rate.
