    They're talking about ASCAP non-members. ASCAP will still collect royalties for streaming a song, even if it's not in their library. The only way to get your money is to either join ASCAP or sue the individual infringers.

    Same thing that happens when represented by ASCAP or similar. Enforcement is still going to have a huge gap.

    They would be referring to signing away rights to their music, I assume. Something of real, monetary value (for some).

    If this is a serious question, it only means you can't sniff the messages from any network port in promiscuous mode. If work owns the server, then they have access to everything.

    That would come from requiring valid certificates, not from encryption. A common part of it, but not necessarily required.

    That would be a great movie. But it would never get made - except to be released by Echo Bridge Entertainment or The Asylum. And the science isn't broken enough for either of them to take it.

    Only one man will know what to do. The discredited genius scientist. He will formulate a plan but be unable to do anything or get anyone to listen until the 11th hour.

    If there were no fat in a hot pocket, then maybe I'd agree with you. As long as I put the pocket to the edge of the turntable instead of the middle, it comes out fine. I only cook at 60% power, but that's not enough change to fully defrost the water alone.

    Not just "usually". I think it's in every case but Panasonic. I don't know of anyone else using an actual inverter to adjust the output voltage.

    Just underpop it every time. Not only will it not be burnt, but if you stop it early enough you also get less-dry popcorn. Cooking to the last pop takes out every bit of moisture (and you can taste the difference). If that's not enough, pop 2 bags.

    I think they're engineered to require even less power than that.

    If you read their site it's fairly interesting. It turns the entire roadway system into solar power generation, tied to the grid to power homes. Only a minimal amount of power is needed to light them up. I think they're intended to run while fairly dirty.

    I don't think the reward is tied to the overall success of the funding campaign. And the target date for receiving the reward is October. Hardly enough time to ramp up a full production facility by then.

    Nope. But I assume most of the laws on the books define the lines dividing the lanes and the appropriate use of those lines. Lane splitting would have to be an intentional exception or it would be automatically illegal.
