Do German trademark laws have a "use it or lose it" policy like the U.S.? Or are they going to rush to market with computer software just to keep the name theirs?
I think the iPod Touch is a little small. I don't have an iPhone, but I'm sure it would be easier to hold than the Touch. They are just a little too small for my hands as it is. The tapered edges just don't leave much to grip.
At work we have a bunch of modern glass slab smartphones and if I carried one around with me I'd be terrified of breaking it in half by sitting on it funny.
You can set the phone to not answer when you flip it open. You'd just have to press the answer button. I assume you're talking about having to buy a flip phone with an exterior screen.
Replacing the screen on the iPhone 4 isn't too hard. You just need a special screwdriver - easily found on ebay. I recommend the Otterbox-type cases. That is, if you plan on dropping the phone.
Or we wouldn't have had as much money floating around to blow on the dot-com bubble, and cause the 2008 crash, and things would be pretty much as they are with a few less millionaire parachutists floating around.
Last midnight showing I went to at a theater, there were several police officers around the lobby in case of crowd control issues. And it wasn't a large city at all.
He was wearing a bulletproof vest and other protective gear. And he came in during a shooting scene in the movie. Very unlikely that anyone would have figured out what was going on to prevent much of the attack.
I use them for light voice. I rarely use my cell phone, and don't have a mobile data package. I'd never seen the "sim" bring-your-own site before, except to see if they'd be an option for you. I'm a customer of http://www.net10.com/
They bill everything as minutes. A text message is half a minute, and a minute of data usage counts as a minute.
Apparently online you can get the unlimited plan for $45/mo.
My wife and I pay a total of $30/mo. for 2 cell phones (150 minutes/mo. each - we each buy a $30/60 day card every other month). They are owned by the Tracfone parent company and this service uses AT&T towers.
Most McDonald's locations are franchises. Even here in the US. They buy their supplies from McDonald's and buy the rights to use the name. They can threaten to revoke their franchise license. Not much you can do with a building built as a McDonald's without a franchise license - except spend a lot of money to make it into a different restaurant. It would be cheaper to address the victim.
Group by with no aggregate functions is a matter of convenience for me. In a lot of cases, depending on the schema, I really only have one return value for a field. While I could wrap each field in something like FIRST(), MySQL does this by default and makes a far easier-to-read query, since it has a lot less redundant code.
And since they already have a supply of Natural Gas, why even bother buying off-peak electricity when they can burn their own NG, and power the motors without electricity. Shouldn't that be more efficient? Of course that still leaves the question of what to do with the excess off-peak energy.
Sideshow isn't the same thing as Sidebar, though they are related. Sideshow is a second screen (usually smaller) that is just big enough for a system status widget or other small indicator.

Unless they put fake ads in there to prove they are derivative - just like the GPS makers and their fake roads to nowhere.

Don't wear your pants backwards, then? How can you sit on your front pocket contents?

Solution: keep the phone in a front pocket.
How about folding like this?

With the bonus of a nuclear winter for some global cooling right away.

This one's my favorite:

Stupid woman thinks seeing a rainbow when spraying water from a garden hose is some kind of government conspiracy.
Or just contraception. I mean, leave us with something to do.

Actually, here in Illinois, there's a 1.5% E911 tax and of course standard sales tax on the prepaid card. So total taxes are well below 10%.

Oh. I thought that's what "$50 per month – Unlimited Data, Talk & Text" meant.
You could use this on your same iPhone:

$50/mo. and less taxes and fees on the plan.
Virgin Mobile would have been better, but wow - they have no coverage in MN.
The total amount of tv/movies, sure, I understand. But what's wrong with Pixar? At least there's some art to their craft.

I would say gun, but this isn't the US.
Not the reason I'd expect you to give, given your username.
And by redundant, I meant to say repetitive, although it is redundant as well due to the default implied aggregate function.
