Even fully socialized medicine is less of a kick in the pants to the constitution. At least then, it's the government providing a service for taxes. Something well-established in our country for things like roads and such.

Yes, I know you need a "history." And there are so many email archiving systems out there, that one of them must be good for actually going through that data.

Officially, it's only available for Windows 7 professional. But I think that's only on the honor system through the download page. It's not "supported" on home premium. Though I've never tried it, since I'm a Mac user too (running XP in VirtualBox and only for IE6,7,8).

They simply don't understand what it really means to not be able to afford something. And yet they are trying and trying to offer tax breaks, like the stupid Making Work Pay. I can't imagine how they came up with that one. "Let's decrease withholding for a year so that they have more money. Oh, and let's just assume all married couples are single-income. Then, at the end of the year, they can write us a big check for all the extra money we gave them." I, for one, can't afford insurance. Most of the time, I can't even afford a doctor visit

The thing about windshields is that they're made of glass. Light passes right through them. You want something that will light up the windshield, so you put a layer of transparent phosphors on the inside of the glass. Now, when the laser hits it, the windshield glows in that spot.

It depends on where the fog rests. If it is a couple feet above ground, your normal headlights will just reflect off the fog, while your fog lights can still hit the road directly and reflect back through the fog.

It's rare, but fog lights really can help. I've never owned a new car, so whatever options I get are whichever come with the car I can afford. Then again, I've been in some in-town driving situations with no other cars around, where I could actually see better with all my lights off, and just using the city street lights.
