It's the scammy Fedex Post they use, Fedex delivers a semi truck to your state region post office then they carry the packages off to the cities around it. If your timing sucks it can be up to 10 days before it ships.

I found them completely useless and every time I wanted to watch something I had to pay to watch it because it had an additional fee attached to it. Netflix blows them out of the water hard, and Hulu actually has TV shows in a timely manner.
