    No it doesnt. because you can run a ponzi scheme, crash the entire economy, and because you are rich you get off with a light sentence in the marriot.

    Call me when a hacker has done 1/50th of the financial damage that bankers have done. If the country was honest, a lot of bankers would have been in front of firing squads. Instead they get a government bonus.

    Call up and block ALL 3rd party billing and any "services" Honestly all of these things are complete scams today. Who in their right mind would "subscribe" to any of this crap when you can buy a $0.99 app that will do it for you forever for free?

    All SMS and MMS subscription services are scams. Call up your carrier and block this now before you get hit with it.

    "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."

    The US judicial system violates this daily. 30 months in jail is Excessive. Any computer crime is punished excessively. If you think the US courts give a rats ass about the 8th amendment, then you need to talk about it in a predetermined free speech zone that is far, far away from what you want to talk about (1st amendment is also ignored on a daily basis.)

    Are they going to not encrypt them and make it easy to receive the signal? Because I do that already with the Landsat birds. mini Laptop + small shortwave receiver and I can get weather radar images while I am away from the internet a lot of boats on the great lakes as well as the oceans depend on them.

    If the private birds will not broadcast an easy to receive in the clear signal that everyone can receive for free, then they are not an option.

    Does physics not work the normal way in your world? Because for me it is impossible for that tablet 3 rows ahead of me to hit me in the face when I am decelerating rapidly. Or does your country sit everyone backwards in the cabin and you all look to the tail of the plane?

    You are using low grade private aircraft systems. I know pilots that have cellphone conversations while landing a 737.

    No, NOLA is notoriously corrupt. the Mayor of New Orleans did not want FEMA, the Governor of the state did not want FEMA. They wanted to rake in all the juicy kickback money for picking who get's what contracts.

    CNN Wire RSS feed: March 24,2013 An airline crashed today killing 976 people. A kindle that was being used on another flight that was in the same general airspace is considered to be the cause.

    Get some cheap PC's or thin clients and use one of the Educational based LTSP distros and call it all done. Management is brain dead easy and dead hardware = 5 minutes swapping out the Thin client.

    Who has actually had an "internet cafe" in the past 10 years? Or do they consider Starbucks and free wifi an "internet cafe"?

    Honestly, you can buy a useable used laptop for around $35.00 and then go to mc donalds for free internet. Are they going to ban McDonalds? That would be one thing that would do some actual good.

    Sony Vegas Studio 12 utterly kicks the crud out of OpenShot. I wish the guys making Open shot would actually get some experience doing real video editing and give us something that was pro level. I would LOVE to get away from OSX and MS to edit on. But there is absolutely nothing out there that even comes close to even Sony Vegas Studio, or Premiere, AVID, etc...

    "There have been video editing apps available for Linux for years, from ones meant to be friendly enough to compete on the UI front with iMovie " none of them are useable.

    I would pay for one that was like Sony Vegas, Final Cut or even Adobe Premiere from 5 years ago... NOTHING on linux is useable. I try and re-try every year and they all are either toys for editing short videos of your cat, or are buggy garbage that just do not work.

    Nothing allows 6-8 video tracks and 10+ audio tracks all with frame accurate sync and cutting.
