    A full format does NOT. The difference between a Quick and a Full format is that a Full format will attempt to READ the full disk after a format, while the Quick, simply writes a new table.

    As a student, I would be pretty pissed off if I had actually studied for that test and had my work thrown out because other people cheated.

    If I had studied for a test, and had to re-take it, I would only do better.

    Child taunts Rottweiler, and pokes it with a stick through the fence.
    Enraged Rottweiler manages to scramble over fence and mauls child. Who's at fault?
    Change child to 17 year old. Different?
    Get him drunk. Different?

    After Union carpenters ruined one of our displays, we learned to hire 4 union carpenters and buy them lunch while we put stuff together.
    We would set up our equipment and plug everything into power strips, and hire an electricion to plug in the power strip.

    It kept the peace.
