It's good to know that you didn't pay attention in American History or Civics. The founders of the United States were, at least in word, against the concept of governance without representation. They were irritated that a bunch of people who didn't represent them were making laws about how they should live their lives and taking their money to do things that they never benefited from.

Just this past year, what I consider to be a large amount (~$1000) was forcibly removed from my pay as a Cincinnati tax. I live in Kentucky, but work in Cincinnati. Do I get to vote in Cincinnati? No sir. I understand the rationalization of this tax is that I drive on their roads, so I should help pay for the upkeep. Except most of the roads here are crap, hence my outrage.

Here's my favorite thing to do:
In the checkout line when they offer you an extended warranty on a disposable electronic item(phone, TV, etc.), agree, but ask for a copy of the agreement to read before signing. Read said agreement IN LINE. The time it takes(be sure to read EVERY single detail) is a simple pleasure to equal my frustration in dealing with the asswipe sales force they have on the floor. :)

Isn't this why they were found in violation of antitrust legislation in the first place? How in the hell can he get away with saying this to someone with a live mic in front of him? Should this not be considered noncompliance?

I'm so tired of hearing of how Clearchannel is the "Evil Empire" of the media realm. CC owns roughly 1,200 US radio stations, 40 TV stations, and a good chunk of outdoor advertising. I make no apologies for that. But the question I pose is this: Why does Viacom/CBS/Infinity not come under the same srutiny? By your own link, Viacom's media behemoth may only own a fraction of the radio stations CC does, but control the same number of airwave TV stations, plus MTV, VH1, CMT, BET, Comedy Central, Showtime, Nickelodeon, and a couple more cable stations. Furhter, they produce movies(Paramount Pictures), rent movies(Blockbuster), print books (Simon & Schuster), and they're responsible for KingWorld productions, bringing you hours upon hours of syndicated goodness every day. You tell me who influences the average American's thinking more.
NOTE: Yes, I do work for Clearchannel.

Why doesn't the man just take responsibility and help raise the child? If the mother is only after child support, surely that could be proven by her track record in a court of law(especially considering the level of lawyer such a person could employ).
In the event that an amicable relationship with my wife is no longer possible, I would fight with every bit of my being to have at least split custody of my son, and it has nothing to do with making a child support payment. It would ensure that I played a role in his upbringing, and that I wasn't just the guy who wrote a check so he could get new shoes. The men being exploited are being exploited for a reason: because they are too shallow and self-important to take on the responsibility of being a father.

P.S. Whatever happened to wearing a condom?

I have one simple question. When you visit that page, why are ALL the articles written by the same journalist? Don't get me wrong; I don't enjoy what CC has done to broadcast radio either. But 12 stories? That's twice the amount of letters in the word GRUDGE.
