Perception is a very powerful tool. If people perceive tyranny the norm then it makes the tyrants jobs a whole lot easier.
I notified mine! Hope everyone else here who can does the same. While sending these letters might in the end not make a huge difference I can guarantee they will make no difference whatsoever if they are never sent!
