Who is in charge of administrating your email server? (servers?) What email clients are you using? Can you send & receive email normally from your personal accounts? Who is providing your other "virtual" (wtf) services? Which IM client are you using? Have you looked at Jabber for your messaging, including setting up your own private Jabber servers?
This country is full of prostitutes and people who smoke pot! If these "hackers" were causing serious problems, there would be movies warning us about the threat, not something as stupid as "Hackers" or "The Net".
See, I'm thinking it would be a pretty big win for the administration if that was true, because so far it looks like they've done a fuckup job running this war...
