I would just like to point out that Gaim has supported messaging between ICQ and AIM for a few months now.
Windows AIM has supported receiving messages from ICQ users since maybe March, but Gaim has been the only ICQ client (I know of) that is able to receive messages from AIM people.
My Sony DVP-S560D also does not play CD-R audio CDs. I haven't looked in the manual to see if it says anything, but it doesn't recognize them when they're in.
I know not many people have heard of it, but Sirtech has been writing it for at least more than 3 years, but probably more than that, I just can't remember.
I've had bellsouth ADSL in Raleigh, NC for about a year and a half now (I think), and I like it. The customer support sucked A LOT when I first got connected (when ADSL was just beginning to be offered here). They might have gotten better since then. If you call with a question, ask to speak to technical support, when I called a few times the dumb customer service people kept trying to answer my questions.
There have been no major outages that I've noticed. They do tend to take us offline even couple of months for an hour or 3 to do matinence. There is a page that lists matinence stuff: http://consumer.bellsouth.net/system/main.asp?Airp ortCode=RDU
I'm connected with an external Alcatel 1000 DSL modem into an ethernet card in a computer running Linux. IPs are assigned via DHCP. My IP hasn't changed in a year or so, that's nice. So I can ftp in a copy files or whatever.
email me at kingant@kingant.net if you want to know anything...
Shouldn't it be "The fabled Duron is intended to compete on price with the Intel Celeron," instead of "The Duron is intended to compete on price with the fabled Intel Celeron"? We know the Celeron exists...
Mozilla is from Netscape. XMMS is designed to look like Winamp. Isn't Enlightenment supposed to look like some other OS or something? And then there's The GIMP, which is just ugly. It's not really a GUI, just a bunch of buttons bunched together.

As in New York City? What happened to .ny.us.whatever?
