Whether you choose to purchase these e-books or not does not change the fact that this product exists, and because it exists, someone needs to analyze the nitty-gritty legal details of e-books going. Instead of flippantly dismissing these student's work for no better reason than they are not Lessig, why don't you comment on the content of their work?

Also, from what I have read, the X300's battery time is not all that great. The extra hardware would be one more power drain.
