    "pixel quality" is bs, a 50mpix picture is not meant to be seen at 1:1 on a monitor... though, at these size, lens start to get the quality bottleneck.

    Facebook / Instagram process more pictures in a day than Reuters will do in a year. This speed and/or storage argument is bs.

    This is bs... What takes the most time for photogs is to select the pictures they will send out of the thousands they took...

    Every single photo is doctored. Any photographer will only publish what he believes is the best light, best composition, taken with the right lens, etc.

  11. All the js code runs (as in compiled / optimized / executed) on V8. Some portion of node are written in C++ (generally the OS interface), though as the JS -> C++ transition is expensive, node implement most of its API in Javascript. To this extend, Node is merely a wrapper around V8.

    Btw, there is no way in Canada you will never "carry" a firearm. A correct analogy with car would be that your car need to be stored locked, if not in a disabled state, separate from fuel. When you want to drive your sport car, you can only use it between your home and the approved race track, with the proper paperwork, using only on the shortest route. If you want to sell that car, you first need to ask the Government do transfer it to the new owner (transfer which can be refused). Moreover, the Government can decide overnight that your car model is prohibited, and confiscate it without monetary compensation.
