Lack of technical sophistication absolutely does have plenty to do with vulnerability. To think that there aren't lot's of people out there who still don't understand when an email that looks to be exactly from your bank isn't safe, or how to even install protective software, or how to implement a good firewall, is irresponsible imo.

But my point is not to say that they shouldn't learn, absolutely everyone should try to learn how to practice safe computing :) No, my point is that the attitude that these people are "idiots" is itself idiotic.

It's a design problem, plain and simple. If your designers are dumb enough to dedicate a server without instancing areas, and then expect those servers to not max out, then they need to be fired.

Aion's design is just as bad as everyone elses.

Champions Online, Anarchy Only even, and others have shown how it can and does work with proper design.

If you try to stuff 100 sardines into a can designed to hold 50 you are going to end up with a mess on your hands. Pretty simple logic.

Which accomplishments would those be? Closing Gitmo? Nope, haven't done that yet. Health Care Reform? Nope, haven't done that yet, and it's not really "reform" anyway. Creating a transparent White House? Nope, we gave up on that one pretty early on.

Well we know who didn't vote for Obama and who won't be voting for him next term.

I think what's sad is when we have people who cannot drop their prejudices long enough to recognize the contributions of others. On top of that they resort to distorting facts (your link has nothing to do with a "transparent white house" as you would have people believe).

I bought an infiniti G37, do you think I would have been as happy or that a Nissan is "just as good", hardly. That's not to say Nissan's aren't good cars, but they don't have the extra refinement and features AND better components found on the Infiniti brand, regardless if some are Nissan parts.

As for the Mac Book vs. Regular Notebook, well, if you are buying a MacBook to run Windows in Bootcamp then you deserve to have your head smacked. You'd be better off and buying another brand with Windows because ultimately the OS is pretty much where everything lives, and it should run on the machine directly, not through BootCamp. This isn't a case of virtualization for server farm use.
