This can't be for real?!?! There is no way this law holds up. The shear logistics of trying to enforce this are ridiculous and arguments trying to prove a persons guilt could get very gray. There is no way this law holds up. Countless amounts of taxpayer dollars would go to waste and countless hours of court time wasted.
