I've had many flash drives over the years. currently I have a 1GB Kingston, 2GB Memorex and a 4GB Kingston. The 1 and 2 GB sticks seem a bit more stable, but the 4GB just drops off the volumes list quite frequently. More so when copying large files.
I suspect it might be a power issue. But i havent looked into it too much:P
I can see how you might find it hard to understand video games as a spectator sport...but usually, The people watching are avid gamers themselves, they know the mechanics of the game involved and at least in my experience, enjoy watching others demonstrate their ability, or sometimes inability to do well in whatever the game of choice may be.
Nevermind the whole competition aspect of it...
I've been using Windows 7 since build 6956, Currently using 7057 now. [not as my primary, its on a spare box] And thou im still using XP as my primary, I never adopted Vista, but i like what i see with Windows 7, Especially considering ive got all this great DX10 hardware that is at best underused in XP, not that i like that my OS requires DX10 just to run the core elements. But given the computing power available today, it really isnt that much of a hindrance...

aka The Slashdot Effect
If someone tells you to kill yourself...and you DO IT...why should the first party come under legal consequences?
Even if the person truly wanted you to kill yourself, The receiving party is still the one in whole who exercises their own will to do so.
Nevermind the fact that most people are only suicidal for attention, making it a LAW that if someone tells you to kill yourself that they would go to jail is just...ridiculous
Then again ive always said arguing on the internet is for losers [at least when the arguments are as asinine as resorting to telling each other to kill yourself]
Mass Mail: *.myspace.com Subj: I LOVE YOU body: KILL YOURSELF!
I was actually just thinking of this...
you could query the biggest trackers, get the sum off all the seeds for all the torrents for PoP [which has been released in the 'scene' btw]
Count those as pirated copies.
As for the peers, shave off maybe 20% that will change their mind before the transfer finishes, count those as soon to be pirated copies.
This would only handle torrents thou, Do people still use XDCC ?:P Those are easy as hell to track as most will happily display their completed transfer statistics for you.

I could see this being used to distribute harmful source code...code that would otherwise violate the terms of service of such sites as sourceforge or Google Code.
