I'm like this. Back in 4th grade everyone in my class kept track of everything they ate for a week. I was eating 4000+ calories/day, and I was the skinniest guy in the class. And I burn hot, particularly after eating, especially sugar and alcohol. (If I don't eat for a day I get much cooler.)
I don't even have to exercise, although I want to because I've got lots of nervous energy.
But there's a big downside for me -- high blood pressure. And maybe ADHD.
And I've found a cure, methionine + calcium, although I'm sure it only works for a few people. But it fixes the blood pressure. It also fixed the ADHD and associated empathy/self-awareness problems, which is really a lot more important it turns out.

You might also want to look into SysML, which is a lot like UML with a few extra diagrams for modeling systems.
