    Flywheels - That's the ticket!
    And UltraCapacitors....

Both of those can take VERY high in-rush currents...
And then can output at what ever current you tell it to.
It's a similar solution to regenerative braking in Electric Vehicles: There is much more current coming off the "brakes" than a battery pack can handle. ie more than 100 AMPS! coming from the electric motor temporarily converted to an electric generator.

I am so glad that there are people out there that the major auto manufacturers would increase the gas mileage performance if they did not have to put catalytic converters in the exhaust chain. I have a bridge that I can sell you. Why is the mpg so stagnant? gas cars only getting about 20 to 30 mpgs? And some getting 35 mpg? This is just so inexcusable.

There are many kits out there and available. And you don't need a kit, as many of the converters on the evlist have proven. There are a bunch of companies that will sell you all the parts. And since they've done conversions them selves, they can answer your questions!

Solve it, no. Reduce pollution by 2/3 rds yes. But anyway, the electric production is a different discussion, unless you are an oil industry shill.

PV panel manufacture charge money to cover all of their costs, so that leaves disposal,
and for that we can just throw it in the ocean.

Many people may not realize that Fasting actually mean limiting diet to 1 or 2 things.... ie water and cooked brown rice. Somewhere along the line somebelly did not know this and impoverished the language (thank you Terrance;!) to infer eating NOTHING aka "starvation." This is NOT the same thing - and can be dangerous!

The electricity generation is from where-ever. You've be duped into focusing on the petrol vs. coal. Guess who paid the marketing team that put that question in your head? Anywho, if you look at the total energy workflow, coal still beats out petrol in most points. The information is freely available on the web.

"I understand this car is not made for road trips, but..." Any real purpose? 90% of car travel is under 30 miles. So say some transportation mile counters. That seems like a "real purpose" to me. This question has been asked many time, why do you ask it again? Some gas fueled cars only go 250 miles per fill up. What if you are in a desert? Well, extrapolate and say that car serve no "real pupose."

  13. Notes a plenty... on Lecture Notes Considered Infringement · · Score: 1

Back in the day when I was first in University, the campus copy center had notes that we could purchase for most of the classes we took. Some were already printed out, and others they would print it right then - or take orders. Usually these notes were taken but a student or a grad student - and then gone over by the professor. Sometimes there was a premium, but I dont think it was much.... as I dont remember asking anyone to "copy" their notes. These notes were valuable to me as a student.
