... and now to join two explosively hot topics related to federal regulation.
Re: "defines an IT architecture and processes for sharing digitized content securely, using Web APIs and with attention to protecting privacy" Doesn't some corporation already have a patent on that? It'd be an interesting show to watch some corporation sue the US Gov for infringing on their patent for this.
Sorry as seemingly ridiculous this is, it scares the pants off me. It's only a matter of time before the courts start interpreting anyone's behavior as teaching or practicing the duty of overthrowing the government of the US, the state of SC, or any political subdivision by unlawful means. e.g. a religious organization whose behavior the court doesn't approve of.
So combine a government botnet (monitored, or not, by the "tech savvy" *snort* legislative and judicial branches of gov.), our executive branches willingness to violate individuals rights under the guise of "terrorist investigation", and the military's pledge to protect us from enemies "foreign and domestic" and you have an almost perfect recipe for... well I don't know exactly, but I suspect us individuals won't be considered much.

Anyone else find it funny that one of the easiest ways to spread this information is through FB*k itself?
