How do you know those comments were made by Mexican doctors? Just about anybody can send an e-mail to the BBC.
Quoting their own guy, Steven Gibbs:
"Of the 1,364 people who were suspected of carrying the virus on Saturday, 929 had been discharged in good health. Hospitals in Mexico City have been besieged by people with flu-like symptoms, convinced that they are suffering from swine flu."
Edsger Dijkstra, the greatest computer scientist to never own a computer
Dijkstra did own a computer. He bought a Macintosh:
"Even after he succumbed to his UT colleagues' encouragement and acquired a
Macintosh computer, he used it only for e-mail and for browsing the World Wide Web".
This attack was first outlined by Ken Thompson in his famous paper Reflections on Trusting Trust."
