When will we see digital cameras with a GPS sensor built in that automatically tags the location the picture was taken? Does such a camera exist today?
This is offtopic but here goes. This article is another example showing that most insights by psychologists in the press are tantamount to readings from a fortune tellers. Hmm... inbox full = life empty. inbox empty = impulsive. Exactly where is the science in such an observation? Was there a survey of inbox habits & psychological profiles? This is just a random, uninsightful observation.
Back on topic... I never delete anything, including all sent items, and I started using x1 about two years ago to instantly find mails, mail attachments, and files. While it is a massive resource hog, it has saved my bacon dozens of times.
Are you sure s/he is a female? The message just says "my boyfriend", no indication of sex. Tying up his/her boyfriend with cat-5 may still appeal to some but for different reasons...
I went through a similar debate (mostly around the stupidity of spending that kind of money) when I was getting engaged. A friend told me simple, sound advice, mainly; get the damn ring and make it a good one - no matter what your girlfriend says, she wants a diamond ring.
What's the first thing everyone will ask after she mentions she's engaged? That's right - let me see the ring. If you get her a diamond flake or something else, she'll feel shitty about it everytime and take it out on you.
My brother gave his fiancee a CZ. The engagement didn't last long (probably not related to the knock-off $200 ring, but who knows?!)
