    The next launch from pad 39A is scheduled for Oct. 8. NASA sources say engineers believe the damage can be repaired by then with no impact on plans to launch Atlantis on a mission to service the Hubble Space Telescope. Good thing this won't cause any delays.

    What you describe is called wear-leveling. On pure flash drives, the data that rarely changes gets written to the most worn sections of the drive.

    More specifically, if the prosecutor loses they should have to pay. If the defendant loses, lawyer fees are paid by their respective parties. Wouldn't want the RIAA to have all their cases handed to them for free.

    The US voted for approval from the start (big suprise: American company gets supported by an uninformed America) so we wouldn't be likely to protest. Anyways, who is it that does the ISO voting for America? I am not sure it is congresscritters.

    Why one earth should Brazil wait for MS to be ready? It is Brazil that is (theoretically) in charge here, not MS. If MS is not ready by the set date, too bad. After all, this isn't supposed to me MS's format anymore.

    x.5 has more features than x.0 or x.1. Who would have guessed? 4.x will eventually outdo 3.5's features. Just not 4.0 or 4.1.

    Not that you shouldn't stick with 3.5 if you feel that best serves your needs.
