Just First Post this: Amid protests in the streets and on social networks calling for Guatemala's president to step down after the assassination of a whistleblower attorney, Guatemalan police have arrested a Twitter user for 'inciting panic' through tweets. In the capital city today, police raided his home and confiscated his computer.
gnome-app-install is a great non-commercial app 'store' insofar as it's more n00b-friendly than Synaptic and whatever KDE openSUSE uses. Ubuntu's partner repositories or Click-N-Run are also candidates.
now if he waits 3 hours in a day then you approach the cost justification.
I don't know about you, but I keep my computers longer than a few days. That investment will continue to pay off throughout the lifetime of the laptop.
If 30 million people each pay one Sek, how does that not pay the fine?
It pays the fine, but the company loses it all to handling fees. Ever been charged a dollar or two when getting cash or checking your balance at an ATM other than one owned by your bank?

The Ultimate OS ends with a 'z'
What are you talking about? 'WOPR' doesn't end with a 'z'.
Saying "Hi, it's me again. The usual." Doesn't take that long. Including ringing time it's maybe 10 seconds, so I can get 3 or 4 pizzas a day.
