What happens when the program has failed to act reasonably? I had to disable the software since it was the only reason my system could have been crashing. Since it was disabled no crashes. To use another piece of software [Kazaa] could I be legally required to run software [brilliant digital] that harms my system?
I agree, I've been running FreeBSD and samba for over a year now, except for the feature of knowing when the printer ink is empty and stuff like that. It's been perfect. So bidirectional contact would be nice, or a piece of printer monitoring software I can hook to a e-mail, telling me when it's dry.
How about the server, doing a check to see if the client responds with a appropriate action. Say a user gets hit with a server created rocket at a known percentage loss, then the client has to admit to the right percentage. Plus if the user normally would be killed, but isn't acting as it ought, then a immediate kick/ban?

Wasn't MSIE claimed to be required for the os to run?
Doesn't that mean that to defend itself, the OS became all that accesses the internet too?
this connects you to the e-mail addresses. Tho if they actually read em, I'd be supprised.
