And on top of what I said, I also agree with some of the comments below, mostly the driver education comments...
I plan on taking more driving courses as soon as I get the money together, and I pride myself on constantly trying to improve how I drive. The more you educate someone on how to do something, the better they become at it (unless they are truly stupid)...
Being a driving enthusiast, and a teenager (19), I think this is a simply horrible idea. Granted, I don't go exactly the speed limit (though I don't know a single person who does), and I enjoy a little spirited driving now and then, but I am very aware of how I am driving, and I am always cautious.
All this device could possibly do is annoy the crap out a driver, and in the rare instance that you do need to perform a sharp maneuver (some ass darting into your lane), it could prove to be even more dangerous by emitting an annyoing tone that would take your concentration from getting out of danger...
Anyone try putting a write right (screen protector for Visor/Palm...) on the screen of the GBA and then using the wormlight? That might eliminate some of the glare...
Just a thought, I don't have a GBA (yet) and I was just tossing some ideas around...
I own a Sony Picturebook C1Xs and I find it to be a VERY useful little laptop. I use it all the time for everything from Web work to design in Photoshop, it has yet to let me down.
My only gripe is that the battery life is terrible, so I guess if they dropped a nice Transmeta chip in it it would alleviate that problem.
Well, if ya head on over to MP3.com and then to there hardware section they say that it will be under 300 dollars, which isn't too bad. They only thing that seems stupid about this thing is that unless the speakers on it are better than my $200 dollar Yamaha's what is the point of buying it? WHo knows, I will probably end up having one, I am a sucker for gadgets like that....
I am a huge star wars fan and I recently watched this Christmas special at a friends house who got his hands on the tape. It is seriously, joking aside, the WORST tv show I have ever seen. It has no plot, Mark Hammil looks like a Barbie doll and the acting in it is so awful that it puts the entire cast to shame. Even if you are a big Star Wars fan, don't bother with it. It is like an hour and a half of the most useless footage on earth. I can see why Lucas wants it destroyed....
I believe the dude from Mandrake.net has that monitor. if you look at his recent screenshots they are all in 3840x1024 or whatever the hell that sick resolution is. Drool....
Does Micro$oft honestly think that their new audio format will really take off? I have not heard it yet but people are not going to want to pay for music that they can get for free. And, if they think that they can release an updater that will get past the crack I am sure that a new version of the crack will be released. It is a complete waste of time.....

Invasion of privacy, that's all it is...

I fed it "Use the force Luke!" translated it to german, took the german, translated it back to English and got "Spend the strength hatch!"
Convert the MP3s to AIFF and burn them onto a CD. It is a piece of cake.
