  1. Re:That's impossible! Got Bible? on Language May Have Evolved Earlier Than Supposed · · Score: 0
Isn't questioning your faith an unforgivable sin? I'm too lazy to look up the exact amount of years, but i know it's (as in the universe and everything in it) around 6 thousand years old give or take. I know the young earth people have this shit recorded down. I'm no christian, but I have read a good amount of the bible (about 4/5s of it so far) and along with the other rediculous stuff (mainly the law and consequence system, the application that knowledge is bad, along with other stuff that would get you prison time right now) in it it states that questioning faith is one horrible unforgivable sin. So just trust your god, like you're supposed to. In a respectful form, may i ask a question? Why you allow detriment on some parts of the rules of religion and not others? (No specific ancient religion, but old religion in general) As an outsider, I've never fully understood it; especially when science takes over. (As scientific advancement went up in history, miracles went down. The religious healing hand is pretty much no more these days.)

Oh well, if you can take this post as something coming from one fascinated with religion by itself and not some atheist troll that would be great :) hehe.

Since then, she's switched to a WinPC and Lightroom, and Lightroom is both stable for her, and reliable and does more and she will never touch a Mac again.

Hah. The real trouble won't be with Lightroom, but with numerous other things on that PC.. *wink wink* AFAIK Lightroom is also for OS X. I hope she didn't forget to install an antivirus suite, firewall program, antispyware program, registry monitor, backup utility, and a professional drive defragger (Diskeeper) so she can keep that PC going.

As of right now the page is covered with parser errors in the right of the page, when it's not giving you the good ol' error 500. Google cache is a no-go so if someone has a copy that would be great.

All I can tell as of now is that he is a Christian IT guy, which means that sex is a nono to him. Personally I'm not surprised with the amount of sex in Second Life; the last time I checked, humans were the ones playing that game. Sex on Google Lively should be no surprise.

My entire family, including my 3 year old, use linux. Webkinz runs just fine. I even have the 6 year old learning to code c++ in the KDevelop IDE.

This person deserves a pat on the back a a nice glass of beer. Your kid is starting in the right path of computer programming. For safety reasons, never let him learn about Visual Basic (or anything "Visual(tm)" until at least he has some legitimate 8086 32 bit assembly language experience so he or she can understand what mental damage it does. (I speak from experience.)

What you really need is a gopher client, or if you have to be lame enough to use an http client then lynx ftw. Mosaic is for losers.
