My ex-housemate was a call center 'expert'. He got sent to the Phillipines to set up 2 different call centers. He told me that the employees he got had generally better English than most un- or under- educated UK, US and Australian employees (albeit with a slight accent). He said that they were a pleasure to work with, their English was well spoken, the work ethic was good, and that his only problem with Phillipinos was that he was never sure of the gender of the ones that he was trying to sleep with.:)
I agree, because technology and science have *never* provided a solution for any problem that may have affected the human race Oh wait, sustainability has mostly been driven by scientific advances.
Societal morals, media and the status of children. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but there are consequences such as increased levels of sexual activity at an early age.
Right, so then my point stands. It's buzzwords and jargon making up the majority of this press release. I'm glad to know that bullshit still baffles brains (written with a grain of salt, and a sad attitude towards what's happening in modern programming).
I'm wondering if my programming skills have fallen away so much through lack of use that I don't understand this as well anymore, or if the summary/article is just full of buzzwords and impressive sounding jargon.
You apparently lack comprehension skills. Let me spell it out for you, a nation may be a shit-hole without it being caused by said nation having a state religion. I know a number of nations that are shit holes without having declared a state religion, I know a number of shit holes with a state religion. There is some overlap, but no correlation.
By definition? Not necessarily, Scotland, Italy, Finland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway all have state religions(amongst others). While some may argue that some of those countries are shitholes, very few people would argue that they all are.
1 kilo worth of monkey vs 70 kilo worth of ape, plus the associated life support and return capability? Yes, it makes a big difference as to their capabilities. Are you ignoring the point I implied or...?

now* dammit.
Hey Bob, I thought you'd given up on your trolling naw that your real identity has been discovered?
Half life doesn't mean exactly what you think it means, judging from what you just posted.
The problem with nuclear power is that a lot of people aren't willing to even TRY to find solutions due to fear and the NIMBY attitude.
Or possibly fusion?
So GP didn't RTFA, you didn't RTFA. I guess everybody wins! :)
Yep, like the hybrid, they burn less, but if you calculate the amount they burnt to actually build them......
Soooo.... that relates to the nuclear option also?

I swear it had nothing to do with me!
As the AC just demonstrated, just because it's a soundbite it doesn't mean it's false.
From what I understand of it, the argument is that once you've become sexually active there's little point as you've probably already been exposed.

Been reading much Tom Clancy recently?

Unfortunately, private gun ownership is discouraged here... so it's mostly knives.
Wow, a useful AC. According to that link, ape and monkey translate to the same word.
Less condemnation/embarrasment and no loss of trained astronauts if the mission fails at the equipment proving stage.

They may be overlapping sets. However just because all dogs have 4 legs, doesn't mean that all animals with 4 legs are dogs.
You forgot that in addition, toads can become a mass extinction threatening nightmare.
Take your prejudice elsewhere AC troll. While it may possibly be a shit-hole, it has nothing to do with their state religion.
