Yep. I was concerned as well when they said this thing would be tooling around in range of anti aircraft weapons over Afghanistan...a small hole or holes in a low pressure helium ship? Problematic, you are slowly losing buoyancy because the helium is being replaced by air. Float your ass home. Holes in a vacuum shell? Disastrous, as the air will quickly rush in. You are heading for the ground real fast and in the unlikely event that you survive the crash, you haven't got a passport and the locals aren't friendly. I also agree with the others about the weight; vacuum vessels have to be strong to resist atmospheric pressure. Presently, strong = heavy.

Why not simply replace or supplement the extrinsic motivation with intrinsic motivation as the child develops? Simultaneously make the rewards more difficult to attain while maintaining the baseline reward if necessary...this tactic does not necessarily have to result in the classic giving a mouse a cookie path.

I think McCain dodged the bullet, thats all. It would appear voting on this is a lose-lose situation, and Obama wanted voters to see where he stood, good or bad. My opinion: I prefer that to hiding. They are both still senators, they both have a job to do. Obama still has my vote. White House: All your right are belong to us. I was very disappointed myself, being an Obama fan. Then I noticed that McCain was listed as "not voting" which I think means he doesn't have the stones to stand up for anything at all!
