AFAIK the only grammatically correct use ofellipses is to indicate a cut in a quote. For example, the original statement might be:"I never met a llama that was not absolutely fantastic and wonderful to be around or that I didn't like" and the edited quote might be"I never met a llama ... that I didn't like". Of course they could be abused:"I never met a llama that was ... wonderful..."
