    The restrictions placed on the PLEX item were recently lifted and so they are now treated like any other in-game item; you can transport them to other stations to be used elsewhere, for example - nullsec. There was no hack involved.

    Most people I know remember Symbian as an uncomfortable, clumsy OS before real smartphones even existed. Personally, I wouldn't use it since I'm biased away from it for this exact reason.

    When the blue ring on the map was quite large, no doubt the phone was indoors - perhaps the apartment block that was mentioned in the story. Aside from the GPS signal being obstructed, what else can go wrong with this service? Do you have to have the GPRS/3G data network enabled and connected? Does the phone have to be on?

    RMT is essentially unfettered inflation. Its printing money.

    By that logic, so is growing apples - so long as there is a market for it and your prices are competitive. The total money supply does not increase, so I think the analogy of 'printing money' doesn't quite fit.

    In addition to this, one does not need to wait for a physical card to arrive in the post or even buy directly from CCP. There are authorised sellers of electronic GTCs which are delivered instantly by email with no extra costs. I find the article to be very poorly researched - two mouse-clicks from the EVE website takes you to the list of official resellers.
