Sometimes they come with just your name and town, but where I'm from that's all you need to identify the person. Other times I've seen it with full street address.
Having your name next in the arrested section, even if you are later found innocent could be detrimental to job prospects.
I guess this just applies to small town papers, as I don't think the NY Times would have room for anything else but police reports.
Bah, I give the Bush administration an "F" on the Tyrannical scale. If he even wants to squeek buy with a "C-", he better start rounding up liberals and hippies and start sticking them in labor re-education camps. In Alaska.
Every time I read a rant on how Tyrannical or Evil Bush is it makes me laugh. Because if he was, you'd be to afraid to post it.
Traditionally, war necessitates polygamy. Polygamy in turn necessitates war. With the chance to earn the right to have a wife by valor on the battlefield, you have everything you need for a nice self sustaining war machine.
One more reason to always be a bit nervous about China.
Shouldn't have violated the Prime Directive

Shouldn't have violated the Prime Directive.
"The Prime Directive dictates that there can be no interference with the internal affairs of other civilizations"
If we didn't give them our "advanced" technology, we wouldn't have this problem.
Police reports are published in (almost?)every US paper. Often these are just arrest records, and if you are found not guilty you'll always have your name attached to a news snippet saying you were arrested for X offense.
It's a price we pay for having an open court system.
Judge is an idiot, not the point of the fith amendment.
To protect you from FORCED FALSE testimony, that is why we have the fith ammendment. Testimony under duress was not to be trusted, and people could be forced (or even signatures forged) to sign confession documents that are false.
When FALSE testimony can be ruled out, for example if the encryption key works or not,the fith ammendment should not apply.
The Judicial branch is lucky the executive and legislative branch have not used a creative interpetation of "treason" to target activist judges.

I bet an influx of 6 year old jockeys from Mongolia could put every midget in Kentucky out of work. Would that be fair?

I can recommend a few vacation spots that might make you appreciate what freedom you do have.
Los Angeles olympics also turned a profit because they sold anything olympic related, including street signs. And that was before Ebay.

At least when I have to be in the office, I'm sober while I surf the web and play my DS (solitare is borrring)

Any judge who is not a strict constructionalist has over stepped his authority. If you don't like the original intent, then change it.
