    y fair, he doesn't mean money, he means impact to the persons actual life.
    A millionaire is still likely to eat, cloths and get around with a 10% sales tax. The lower the income the more it restricts the person.

    Frankly, the first thing I would like to see done is removal of dedication from donations/tithing.
    Then I want the tax on the wealthiest to go back to 1999 rates.
    Then I want a .5% tax on all 'wall street' trades trades.
    Then I want interest deductions removed.

    Than I want a blessings of unicorns for my daughter.

    Tax work best when the tax happens when the money moves.
    The only time money has value is at the moment it changes hands.
    Everything else it point scoring and project potential.

    It' been complete destroyed. There are many reason why.

    Assuming your goal is ACTUALLY to maintain tiered class system with ways to move between the classes.
    If you want 2 classes, Workers and the wealthy, then go right ahead, it would work extremely well.

    Are system can be adjusted, loopholes can be removed. Over all it's a good system, just get involved to make change happen.

    Actually they don't tax the company, the tax is paid by the individual, so the individual is required to pay.
    Of course, people are cheap whiny short sighted bastards, so they don't pay their share if they can save some pennies.

    And there is not reason a country can't create a treaty with other countries in that the country of origin collects taxes and then send it to the country.

    Actually, his specific issue with it may still be correct. There is no consensus the determinism has been refuted.

    Huh, you must not be a very good one, since it's apparent you can't actually think about things, or understand the article.

    Sampling a small group for something is typical of how these things are done. If that's looks like it is what you expect, expand the study.

    Plus they have a random sampling of genome to use for comparison.

    Stick to 4th grade math or whatever the hell it is you pretend to do.

    whoa, back off.
    The 'people' who got us into this mess didn't know better, couldn't no better, had no other examples to lead with, and used the cheapest easiest source of energy. That lead to the building and advancement to the point where other countries can skip it.
    I have no blame for the people who started it, and a lot of general praise for them.
    If you are looking to take it out on someone,look to the people who refused to take action in the last 30 years.

    Start with Reagan. We would have an additional 20 years of scientific gains of that asshat hadn't actively tried to shut down solar.

    no correct. The process is harder and require some pretty specific equipment, but you can get weapons grade material from a thorium plant.

    Solar doesn't need vast wealth, or a lot of education.
    It doesn't need to be rolled out for gigawatt demand, so you can do one village at a time, and wiring and maintenance is simple enough that it can be taught in a couple of weeks.
    With the added bonus that it will create a need for trades people on a per village basis.

    Stop thinking in centralized creation for millions of people. The problem with solar in the US is that it's not good enough to give us the amount of energy we use in a centralized fashion.

    In a non-industrialized society, It gives them more then the currently use, so for them its a gain.

  23. NO, it means they will use other technology to develop their production structure, one not dependent on oil.
    There is NO rule that says a country needs to follow the same path as others. There is no reason they can't go straight to Nuclear, wind, and solar to build an infrastructure.
