    Nope, it does not. That is just one thing in a large set of things it implies. From bad data, to the type of smoke, to lung reactions, to brain reactions, or reaction from any organ or system.

    Becasue there is more to worry about. Creating an issue that pubs hate will create ANOTHER pathetic excuse to be obstructionists.

    Pay attentionh to a president first year. They try to probe what thye want and check for repson form congress. If an issue will stop a bigger issue from going through, they set it aside.

    One of the big examples from Obama is gitmo. He worked on closing it, but the pubs dug their heals in and made pathetic excuse of why a supermax prison won't hold them. Once that became an issue that the pub would stop all activity over, it was set aside. The the pubs uses it against him..the vary same ones who wouldn't let it close.

    Fact of the matter, you could put most of the remaining people at gitmo in a county prison, and it would be perfectly secure.

    So, yes he is listening, but pubs would use it as an 'evil liburl' reason not to vote for democrats.
    Same thing with Clinton.

    What Obama did to was change the priority of who to go after, and frankly, that was a pretty big step and nearly amazing accomplishment he did it so well with this congress.

    As such, worthless for any scientific reasoning at all.

    You see this same thing with wallets as well.
    Interesting story: in 1989 there was a string of pickpockets in Reno. So the police started keeping certain areas under surveillance.
    There were no pickpockets. There where people leaving the casino, literally through their wallet away and often injuring there face in some manner.
    Upon questioning these people, it turned out they didn't want to tell their spouse they lost all their money in the casino.

    do you know how long 1.5 seconds is? And if you have never had to do that firing anything outside of training or practice, you probably couldn't do it that fast. probable 3 seconds.

    however, even a 1.5 seconds, that's 1.5 seconds you aren't shooting at someone. That , what, 2-3 shots? (It's also another point of failure, albeit low.)

    And why people think all criminals will do all criminal activity baffles me,. It simple isn't true.

    Also, there aren't 'crazy people', there are people who may go crazy. You don't know before hand who is going to become unstable. So at 25 you may get a permit and buy guns, but at 35 not be stable.

    A) Cars aren't guns.
    B) Precaution are taken to no allow cars to drive into malls and down the hall ways of schools.

    A) Time reloading is time not shooting at kids.
    B) If during that time the shooter has a moment to reflect, there is a chance they will stop on their own, and likely kill themselves.
    C) It's more time for people to flee.
    D) Its an opportunity for someone to take action against the shooter.

    frankly, if they had to manually cock the gun to load a round it would be even better.
    But a line in the constitution that was their because we couldn't afford a standing army somehow applies 200 years later when people can fire 100's of rounds in a minute.
